Guests are kindly asked to inform the hotel about the time of their arrival. Since there is no 24-hour reception, the check-in and key collection take place in the hotel only at specific times, which are prearranged between guests and the Palermo Loft Apartments.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

21 % VAT is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
