Reception service is only available between Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 12:30pm and from 2:00pm to 6:00pm. Outside of those times, please find next to your apartment door a safe box where you can access your keys from a private code that is given to you upon your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
