We provide traditional English cooked breakfasts using locally sourced ingredients and free range eggs. We can also offer a range of vegetarian options and continental breakfasts. For those requiring something lighter we have a range of options. We can also provide smoked haddock, kippers and porridge.

At the time of booking, you must contact the guest house if you plan to bring a baby. You must bring your own cot.

Area information

We are directly opposite the golf course near Bude Downs and a few minutes walk to shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants, the coastal footpath and Crooklets and Summerleaze beaches. The front of the house has views across the golf course and Bude downs towards Crooklets beach.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
