City Hostel BudaThere are good public transport connections and a number of great pubs and restaurants in the surroundings of the hostel. Visitors appreciate the hotel is a recently renovated youth hostel in the green belt area on the Gellért hill, valued throughout, close to all sights of the city and just 10 minutes from the centre. Each room has a shower, highly regarded, but the toilet is on the corridor. We offer 161 private rooms - 5 single, and above all, 152 double and 4 triple rooms. The hostel has a community room with cable TV and free Internet access. On each floor you have the possibility to use a well-equipped kitchen and a room for washing and ironing. We also accept group bookings for up to 50 people.

From the Keleti railway station by public tranport: - Take the red subway line until Blaha Lujza square - Change to tram number 6 until Móricz Zsigmond körtér - Change to bus number 27 until Ménesi út. From the Déli railway station: - Take the red subway line until Moszkva square - Change to tram number 61 and then to bus number 27 until Ménesi út.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 4.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
