The hotel provides conference rooms which offer flexible facilities for those organising conferences, business meetings, training courses, receptions and others. The rooms seat up to 60 participants. There is a range of audiovisual equipment provided, including video conferencing facilities and full technical support. All conference rooms are fitted with a video projector and 2 flip charts, and additionally there is the possibility of diverse state-of-the-art audiovisual facilities. Rental charges apply and are negotiable. The rental fee includes one set-up. All food and beverages must be provided by the Crystal Palace Hotel.

The Crystal Palace Restaurant offers delicious and beautifully presented food and an interesting variety of wines for all different occasions - lunch and dinner, cocktails, receptions and special events like business meetings, parties and anniversaries.The Crystal Palace Lobby Bar creates the perfect place for relaxing moments, before or after dinner, in a warm and cosy atmosphere. A spectacular cocktail can add to the tranquillity of the place; it is also ideal for anniversaries or receptions.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 26.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
