Nearby points of interest include the monumental Palace of Parliament, Unirii Square, Cotroceni Presidential Palace, Filaret Station, the Opera House, and the adjacent historic Carol park. Also close by is Mitropolia Romana, the headquarters of the Romanian Orthodox Church. Bucharest's best shopping is also concentrated in the nearby Unirii area. Several of Bucharest's best malls are additionally accessible within minutes by car.

Travel information

Airport: Transportation is available for our guests to and from the Otopeni International Airport (OTP). Call us if you would like to arrange for transportation at any time. Driving Directions: Centre of city: -On Unirii Boulevard, go towards the Palace of Parliament. You may see the building from afar. - From Piata Constitutiei turn left onto Libertatii Boulevard -At Piata Regina Maria, make a right onto Mitropolit Nifon Street -Once you reach the front of the Carol park, turn right onto Dr. C. Istrati Street -Turn right after about 150m onto Colonel Costescu Str and turn right again onto Aleea Suter Str -Carol Parc hotel is situated at the end of this small street on top of the hill

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

9 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 15.00 per person.  Full English breakfast costs EUR 55.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 25.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
