Travel information

From Zurich: Take the A4 Motorway and use the exit "Brunnen". Go past the Brunnen train station along the main road to the lake. Right before you come to the lake, after the chapel, turn right in the direction of Gersau. You will find the hotel on the left side after 300 m. From Lucerne: Take the A14 Motorway in the direction of Zurich, at the junction Rotkreuz-A4 go in the direction of Gotthard and leave the motorway at the exit "Brunnen". Go past the Brunnen train station along the main road to the lake. Right before you come to the lake, after the chapel, turn right in the direction of Gersau. You will find the hotel on the left side after 300 m. From Chiasso: Take the A2 Motorway and use the exit "Flüelen". Go along the Axenstrasse until the exit "Brunnen". Go to the centre as far as the boat dock and turn left in the direction of Gersau. You will find the hotel on the left side after 300 m.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged CHF 25.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
