If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 70 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.65 city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
