Situated in a characteristic coach house, valued throughout, in the beautiful garden of an old city mansion, this guest house provides 2 romantic rooms, each with their own small jacuzzi, which is 1 person, . Enjoy the breakfast buffet in the dining room or on the terrace and relax in the living area with its cosy fireplace. Look out across the canal towards the beautiful Minnewater Park with its castle. After a day in the city, very much appreciated, you can prepare your favourite meal in the kitchenette downstairs and then make use of the coffee machine. You can benefit from internet access in the main building and free private parking on site. The fridge is stocked with Belgian beers and bottles of wine at reasonable prices.

Breakfast is prepared at 08:00 (earlier on request), but you can have your breakfast at any time you like, so you can sleep as long as you want. There are various great restaurants at only 50 metres from the guest house. We would be delighted to give you advice.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included.

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
