Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 80.00 will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night for cots.  All children from 12 to 21 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night for extra beds.  All children from 3 to 12 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
