Rooms

All the rooms in the hotel are 30% larger than standard rooms and family rooms have 2 double beds, plus a sofa-bed or cot if required. Deluxe rooms have additional extras in the rooms. Rooms are located on the ground floor or first floor. Rooms are equipped with modem facilities as well as high-speed internet access, interactive TV with PlayStation and pay movies.

Hotel details

The hotel is a purpose built hotel, centred a round a large, open lobby, and a central courtyard. The hotel's bedrooms are located on the ground or first floor (please note the hotel has no lift) and the bedrooms are all double bedded with full en-suite facilities. The Restaurant and Bar are located off the central lobby, making all our facilities accessible for diabled guests. We also have a Caffe Cino bar serving coffees, snacks and pastries throughout the day. The LivingWell Health Club is equipped with an air-conditoned gym, steam room, sauna, spa and 18 metre indoor pool, and is available for all residents.

Internet

Internet via TV is available in the hotel rooms and costs GBP 15.00 per 24 hours.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs GBP 15.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs GBP 3.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
