If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of GBP 60 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 5 to 15 years are charged GBP 18 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
