The hotel boasts 226 well-equipped and comfortable rooms and 16 luxurious suites across 7 floors. All of the bright, spacious rooms are luxuriously appointed, with all the modern comforts and facilities you need in a restful, relaxing base. Whether you are exploring the region as a tourist, visiting the area on business or attending a conference, the comfortable, peaceful rooms provide a relaxing haven. Each room features the new bedding package from Marriott, including designer duvets, thicker mattresses, luxurious cotton-rich bed linens and soft, fluffy pillows. Executive rooms are available. Executive rooms feature filter coffee machines, a range of magazines and upgraded bathroom amenities. All rooms are en suite with a separate bath and shower.

The hotel has 20 meeting rooms, with a total of 1,300 m² of meeting space. The hotel leisure club has a full complement of cardiovascular equipment and free weights, as well as housing the heated indoor swimming pool. There is also a steam room and sauna. Complimentary towels are available for guests using the facilities. The Revival Salon is the hotel’s own on-site spa. The luxurious spa makes the Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel the ideal place for a restful, relaxing and restorative break or for a luxurious weekend of pampering and a little well-earned indulgence. Whether you are staying at the hotel for business or for a holiday, the superb leisure facilities are a great way to relax after a hard day’s work or a long day spent exploring the area. Spa treatments are available at an additional cost and appointments are required. Treatments available include body scrubs, facial treatments, footbaths, manicures/pedicures, massages, paraffin hand treatments and waxing.

Food & Beverages

The hotel’s Palm Court Restaurant offers elegant dining, with a bespoke menu featuring dishes made using the finest, freshest produce available locally. The restaurant has received an AA Rosette for the outstanding preparation of its food and the good quality of the ingredients it uses. The Terrace Restaurant serves continental and modern European cuisine in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. The restaurant also offers a healthy hotel breakfast. The Club Lounge/Drawing Room is open for lunch and offers light bar foods and snacks. The Champagne Bar is open for dinner and also offers light bar foods and snacks, with various international dishes available. Room service is available 24 hours a day.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 7.50 per hour.

Private parking is possible on site and costs GBP 9.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs GBP 14.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
