If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 15 will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of GBP 15 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast costs GBP 7.95 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10 per night per person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
