Cavalaire does not operate a 24-hour reception. Guests not arriving within the advertised check-in times will be deemed a no-show and the full cost of the booking will be charged.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 8 years are welcome.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
