Travel information

By Train: Exit Brighton station and keep going until you reach the beach. Turn left and you'll see the Brighton Pier. Head towards it, and once there head towards the marina, along Marine Parade. If you don't fancy the walk, there's a taxi rank at the station. By Coach: Brighton Coach Station (Pool Valley) is right next to the Brighton Pier. From there, continue up Marine Parade.

Drakes Hotel of is situated along Brighton's seafront, overlooking the famous Palace Pier to the west, and the Marina to the east. Drakes is a short stroll from the historical Lanes, as well as all bars, restaurants and shops.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs GBP 10.00 per person.  Full English breakfast costs GBP 12.50 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs GBP 5.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
