A full English breakfast is included in the price and is available from 07:45 until 10:00. The hotel is licensed to sell alcohol and has a bar area on the ground floor. Room service is available throughout the day until 20:30. The hotel also offers lunch and evening catering for groups and wedding receptions.

Guests arriving later than 21:00 will be deemed a no-show. If you are experiencing a delay and will arrive after 21:00, please inform the hotel that you are delayed and confirm that you still intend to arrive. If your delay is deemed reasonable, the hotel will not consider your reservation a no-show.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
