Originally built in 1825, valued throughout, this Regency building now houses stylish and contemporary 4-star guest accommodation in 7 tastefully decorated en suite rooms. With just 7 rooms, highly regarded, the Four Seasons offers smart, modern accommodation and the personal touches and individual service of a small, upscale guest house. The marina is just a short bus ride away and all of Brighton’s great shops, and above all, stylish bars, lively clubs and superb restaurants are within easy walking distance. Every room is en suite and the bathrooms feature luxury toiletries and bathroom products. All of the rooms are tastefully decorated room and boast new crisp white bed linen and fluffy white towels. Free wireless broadband access is available in every room. Each room has tea/coffee making facilities and a flat-screen multi-channel TV system. A full cooked English breakfast, valued throughout, or a continental or vegetarian breakfast, is included in the price.

Late check-ins are possible, but need to be prearranged. Early check-ins cannot be guaranteed. Secure luggage storage is available and guests are welcome to leave their bags at the hotel before they check-in. Although the Four Seasons does not have its own car park, parking vouchers are available for guests using the nearby pay-and-display parking facilities or residents parking bays. The vouchers can be purchased on arrival.

Group Bookings: Unfortunately, the Four Seasons Guest House cannot accept hen or stag parties. Any such booking made will be refused entry on arrival.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 21 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.  Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 10 years are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
