Each room has been carefully styled to reflect the beauty of Brighton. Every room has a 19-inch flat-screen LCD TV with built-in DVD player. The superior rooms are larger and offer comfortable and spacious accommodation and upgraded fixtures and furnishings, including a coffee table and 2 luxury armchairs.

Travel information

By Car (from London): - From the M25 motorway, head south on the M23 to Brighton. - Follow the signs towards Brighton Pier and turn left onto Marine Drive. - Madeira Place is the 5th turning on the left. - Grand Pier Guest House is located in Madeira Place, approximately 100 metres down, on the left-hand side. By Train: The guest house is 0.6 miles (one km) from Brighton railway station. Taxis are readily available from just outside the station. Brighton has excellent rail links, with express services from London Victoria reaching the city in just 50 minutes. There are also regular trains to and from Chichester to the west and Hastings to the east.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.  Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
