Each room is individually decorated and furnished and has its own unique charm. Many of the rooms have sea views or look out over the Old Steine towards the famous Brighton Pavilion. Some suites offer an additional interconnecting room suitable as a second bedroom, as a lounge area, or for small meetings.

The hotel’s own restaurant offers a delicious dining experience, with a seasonal menu, which changes on a daily basis to reflect the finest, freshest produce available locally. The hotel has the only Brighton restaurant where you are invited to choose your food from a display of the day’s freshest available produce, featuring locally caught fish, seafood and locally farmed poultry and meat. Your selection will then be cooked to order for you, which means we can offer a good range of vegetarian options and, because food is cooked specifically for you, we can cater for many special dietary requirements. Please enquire on booking regarding specific dietary needs.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible on site and costs GBP 18.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs GBP 9.95 per person.  Full English breakfast costs GBP 13.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
