There is an anteroom with a wardrobe, a romantic bedroom with a double bed and a well decorated living room, whose wonderful panoramic windows offer a breathtaking view of Lake Brienz and the surrounding mountains. The living room has direct access to the southwest-facing terrace and an additional sleeping corner (sofa bed) for up to 2 people as well as a separate storage room. The open kitchen and the bathroom are equipped with every comfort. Extra bed or baby cot available upon request.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  CHF 4.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged CHF 2.50 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
