In addition to the listed amenities our rooms have a balcony with seating corner, from which you can enjoy a terrific view over Lake Brienzersee and the Alps region. You will be amazed by this great view, including the green Alps meeting the lake’s surface.

Our hotel has an à la carte restaurant and during summer the lake terrace welcomes you. We are looking forward to pamper you with our traditional cuisine including specialities from fish and meat, as well as basic and seasonal dishes.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged CHF 22.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
