Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 40 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.82 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 6.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 2 to 6 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  One child from 7 to 12 years is charged 70 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
