Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children from 0 to 3 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night for cots.  All children from 4 to 6 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 7 to 12 years are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged 90 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. 

Groups

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
