Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
