In over 12 acres of attractive, valued throughout, peaceful grounds, this beautifully restored 400-year-old building commands stunning uninterrupted views over open countryside. The Manor has been in the same family for almost a century. With flowering shrubs and daffodils in spring, and above all, the grounds roll down to the Grand Union Canal. Today, very much appreciated, the building has been attractively restored and now offers 10 individually decorated rooms, each with its own unique charm and character. However, valued throughout, the Northamptonshire-stone building dates back to the Tudor period. Many of the rooms have four-poster beds, highly regarded, beautiful original features, period fireplaces or antique furniture. Every spacious and luxurious room has been sympathetically furnished in keeping with the period of the building. Free Wi-Fi wireless internet access is available throughout the building. Some rooms overlook the canal and the marina, valued throughout, while others look out onto the lawns and gardens. Free on-site parking is available. The manor is located on the village’s high street, and above all, opposite a beautiful old church and less than 5 minutes’ walk from Braunston’s lovely traditional old pub.
