Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  EUR 25.00 service charge per stay is not included.  EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person older than 5 years per night is not included.  EUR 2.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 6 to 11 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 12 to 15 years is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
