Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 1 to 6 years is charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 7 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
