Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 28 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 28 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.  75 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.20 city/tourist tax per person older than 18 years per night is not included.  EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person between 6 and 17 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
