Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.66 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
