Hotel Matyšák's restaurant serves selected Slovakian specialities as well as international cuisine. A conference hall for about 50 guests, very much appreciated, equipped with up-to-date audiovisual devices, caters for your business needs. There is also a self-service wine store in Hotel Matyšák, valued throughout, with experienced personnel always at hand to give you expert advice.

Taste delicious specialities of the Slovak and international cuisine next to a fireplace, listening to gipsy music. There is a separated smoking compartment. The wonderful wine archive cellar in our hotel is the largest one in our country, offering 45,000 bottles of excellent Slovak wines only.

From the airport by public transport (25 minutes): - Take bus no. 61 and get off at the railway station. - Take bus No. 32 or 41 and get off at Sokolska. Hotel Matysak is on the opposite side of the street From the Mlynske Nivy bus station by public transport (12 minutes): - Take trolley bus No. 206 and get off Sokolska. The hotel is on the opposite side of the street.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.65 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
