Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 19 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Up to three older children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.   Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4. 

Groups

When booking for more than 14 persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
