Food & Beverages

English breakfast is available from 08:45 to 09:30 every day in the breakfast room. The generous breakfast is made with only the finest locally sourced produce. Vegetarians are catered for.

Holmlead Guest House does not cater for single-sex groups (e.g. hen or stag parties). Holmlea Guest House does not accept bookings made using an American Express card. Reservations for rooms are non-transferable. Holmlea will not honour bookings that have been sold or transferred to another person. For bookings made less than 7 days before the arrival date, Holmlea Guest House will charge the total cost at the time of booking.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of GBP 30 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 8 years are welcome.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
