The reception of this hotel is outside the fortress walls, the rooms however are within the walls of the old fortress. It is possible to drop your luggage by car. Parking is outside walls within walking distance. An exception for disabled persons is possible

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  If cancelled up to 22 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 22 days prior to arrival and is refundable.  100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 26.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
