For fresh regional seafood dishes guests will enjoy dining at Turner Fisheries Restaurant and Bar. For classic steakhouse cuisine, The Palm Restaurant is also on-site. Osushi, a sushi restaurant is also situated at the hotel. The Copley also features several bars and lounges, offering signature cocktails and specialty beverages.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14.45 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 30.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 15.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
