The extensive wine list, a menu featuring grass-fed beef, kurobuto pork, king salmon and dover sole, and a selection of “not-your-average” sides will only add to the edgy and glamorous ambience your will experience. Enjoy KO Prime for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a full bar menu and creative cocktail list.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. **There is a USD 100 fee for early departure.** Please note regarding spa treatments. Body treatments are not available for mothers-to-be. After you confirm your hotel reservation, you may speak with the in-room spa services representatives for spa reservation requests or questions. Services are offered from 9am to 9pm. 7 days a week. Before and after hours appointments may be available, subject to a surcharge. All confirmed appointments will be guaranteed via the method of payment. Please provide at least 4 hours notice to cancel or change a confirmed appointment. Appointments starting before noon must be changed or cancelled by 9pm the evening prior. Failure to provide 4 hours notice will result in charges in full being posted to your room account at the hotel. All services provided by Relax and Rejuvenate.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14.45 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged USD 20.00 per night when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
