Borovets Hills Apartments section features a 24-hour reception desk, and above all, a lobby bar with an open fireplace, ski lockers, a conference room, shops and a restaurant. Visitors appreciate the hotel is a year-round resort, very much appreciated, ideal not only for skiing in winter, but also for hiking and many other outdoor activities in summer. There is a track leading to the nearby ski slopes, valued throughout, allowing you to go skiing within just a few minutes. Airport transfers are available on request.

There are 2 restaurants in the complex - one inside and one outside.

Please note that until 17 December all restaurant and spa facilities are open only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday until 15:00! Please provide your arrival time in advance in order to arrange pick-up of the keys.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
