Rooms

Beds are made up for your arrival and bathroom linen is included. Your apartment will be cleaned weekly and upon departure (with the exception of the kitchen area and washing-up).

A baby kit (cot, high chair) is available on request according to availability.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 3.00 per hour.  Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 6.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 13.00 per day.  Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 70.00 per week. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person older than 13 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person.  Breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per child under 12 years.  Breakfast is free of charge for children up to 3 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
