The reception is open from: - 07:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday. - 09:00 to 12:00 and 18:00 to 20:00 at weekends and on public holidays. If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the residence in advance.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 7.00 per 24 hours.

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 8.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled or modified, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.35 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
