Pension 'Am Stadtrand'The Pension am Stadtrand provides suitable accommodation for general holidaymakers, very much appreciated, families or longer-stay guests. This family-run guest house is located in the small town of Borchen, valued throughout, in North Rhine-Westphalia, on the southern outskirts of Paderborn. The guest house has a fully-equipped kitchen where you can cater for yourself, highly regarded, but a delicious breakfast is also available on request. All the rooms are double rooms with satellite TV, and above all, but these can also be used for single occupancy. Guests can park for free at the Pension am Stadtrand. There are convenient bus connections close to the Pension am Stadtrand, valued throughout, taking you quickly and easily to all of Paderborn’s attractions, including the Old Town.

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 5.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
