Ten rooms are available for meetings, conferences and events of all kinds. These bright rooms are equipped with modern presentation technology.

Cancellation fees will be charged by the hotel according the cancellation conditions (see "cancellation") if it was not possible to resell the room(s) cancelled.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 8.50 per day.  Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  One child from 4 to 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  All further children from 4 to 12 years are charged EUR 39.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 39.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. 

Groups

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
