Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 21.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 3 years.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 10.50 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 4 to 12 years is charged EUR 12.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 13 to 18 years is charged EUR 35.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
