Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  EUR 40.00 service charge per stay is not included.  EUR 2.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 8.00 per stay for cots.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 8.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
