Rooms

All rooms were decorated in temporary style and designed by the leading furniture designers of the world in order to offer you visual pleasure and comfort. The rooms were decorated with carved natural stones that impress the visitor with its harmonic combination of technology and nature. All rooms offer stunning panoramic views over the bay and the amazing Aegean sea. The rooms on the second and third floor have a large balcony whilst on the first floor you can enjoy the garden and the patio. You can choose between four different room types: - Small rooms with King size bed (40 m²) - Medium rooms with King size bed (60 m²) - Large rooms with King size bed and Jacuzzi (60 m²) - Extra large rooms with King size bed (80 m²) Extra large rooms include 2 bathrooms, one bed room and one living room with an adjoining door.

There is a long list of services and activities at Kuum, some for keeping in form, such as the Spa, 12 massage rooms, a fitness center and indoor swimming pool. There is also the hobby room and recreational area for guests who prefer to pass the time differently. The specially designed massage rooms are attended by professional therapists and masseurs. The organic architecture, impressive view, beautiful bay area, and the unsurpassed hospitality make for an unforgettable stay.

Food & Beverages

With renowned chefs operating in their kitchens, the Kuum Restaurant offers delicious menus from world cuisine through the day and well into the night. The Fish restaurant offers a fully Aegean cuisine, with wooden tables and chairs under the cypresses. The Beach Bar offers a zesty menu to match the atmosphere of the beach itself.

For an additional charge and upon request Kuum Hotel offers airport shuttle service. Please contact the hotel in order to book the shuttle service or to ask for more information.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

18 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
