Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  One child from 3 to 6 years is charged 20 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 7 to 12 years is charged 40 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
