- From the A40 motorway, take the Bochum-Zentrum exit and enter Hernerstraße - Continue to the centre of Bochum - After a few hundred metres, you will pass the mining museum (Bergbaumuseum) on the left-hand side - After the museum, at the crossroads, keep to the left and take the Nordring - You will find the hotel right in front of you, at the Hernerstraße/Nordring junction

Area information

Set in the middle of the Ruhrgebiet (Ruhr area), the historical town of Bochum holds many tourist attractions such as fascinating historical buildings and churches, as well as a pedestrian shopping area. 2 medieval castles survive along the northern bank of the Ruhr and are well worth a visit. For evening entertainment you can visit the theatre and enjoy the musical, Starlight Express, which has been running in the town since 1988.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 23.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
