Elegantly furnished rooms create a friendly and stylish atmosphere where you will feel quite comfortable. From our exclusively furnished 2-room conservatory apartment you can enjoy the wonderful view of Böblingen.

Hotel details

On request we can offer the use of a washing machine and dryer to our guests and can also dry-clean clothes. We will happily manage your correspondance needs (in German or English) and can supply a translator.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 3.00 per 24 hours.  Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and costs EUR 3.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 5.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
