Water park tickets may be purchased at the hotel. All hotel quests recieve 20% discount on admission to Water Park of America. Complimentary shuttle service to the Mall of America and local businesses within a 5 mile radius.

Food & Beverages

Split Rock Grille, a beautifully appointed full-service restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Split Rock Grille features home-made specialties with a Minnesotan flair. Enjoy our fireside bar, happy hour specials or outdoor patio seating options. Sleepy Eye Cafe, located in the lobby of the hotel, is open from early morning to evening, serving specialty coffees, ice cream treats, sandwiches and lighter fare. Camp Many Point, located in the adjacent Water Park of America, is open during water park hours and serves north woods favorites, plus pizza, hot dogs and more. Our Room Service menu from Split Rock Grille, allows hotel guests to enjoy fine dining in the privacy and comfort of their hotel room. In-room dining from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site.  Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 10.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13.65 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 5 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4.
