Grand Restaurant While enjoying a beautiful view of the lake, tasty local and international dishes as well as superb Slovenian wines are served. Entertainment and special events facilities are also available. Open from 07:00 to 22:00. Juliana Restaurant This à la carte restaurant has a summer terrace and it offers a broad selection of exquisite dishes and wines. It is open from 12:00 to 23:00, during the winter season from 18:00 to 23:00. Bar The Lake Salon and the cosy hotel bar are ideal places to enjoy a drink, cocktails, appetizers or a delicious dessert. Open from 08:00 to 01:00. Jezero Day Bar Refreshments, desserts and snacks are served in the bar by the thermal swimming pool and on the delightful summer terrace under the shady chestnut trees. Open from 10:00 to 21:00.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.01 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
