Apartments PreserenThe picturesque house is situated in quiet surroundings, very much appreciated, close to the scenic Vintgar gorge and the Bled lake and we speak English, German, Serbo-Croatian and Slovenian. Our family-run country-style boardinghouse is located just 2 km from the centre of Bled and houses nicely furnished and comfortably equipped double, valued throughout, triple rooms and apartments. We also offer mountain bike rental at reasonable rates. If you are not coming by car we can pick you up at the bus station in Bled for free.

Travel information

- Upon arriving at the traffic light at the main crossroad (just before hotel Krim) you turn to the right and follow the main road for exactly 1 km. - Turn right for Zasip and still follow the main road for another 2 km. - In Zasip you pass the pub (restaurant) Kurej and turn right. - Go uphill past the chapel for about 50 metres and take the first road on the right. Our house is the last one.

Area information

The scenic Vintgar gorge and the Bled lake are only a half-hour walk away. Make mountain bike tours through the Triglav national park, go rafting, canyoning or make a tour with a mini raft. If you prefer more relaxed activities, fishing is possible as well.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 5.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
